Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and process efficiency.
