Job Title and Overview We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Essential Job Functions

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL). Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets accordingly.

Education and Experience

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads and experience in lead generation, campaign optimization,



and performance analysis is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

- You will be on probation period for 3 months.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect toward patients, colleagues, and clients.
- Do not disclose proprietary information without prior authorization.
- Confidentiality obligations continue even after employment ends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
