· Monitoring and maintaining daily attendance records of warehouse staff.
· Receiving and processing material indents from various departments.
· Coordinating and controlling dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Conducting routine stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
· Inspecting incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met.
· Preparing and updating Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all received materials.
· Raising and releasing purchase requests based on stock requirements and inventory levels.
· Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with warehouse procedures.
· Coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth warehouse operations.
