Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Handle appointment bookings and customer inquiries.
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in a Ladies Salon is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of salon software and billing is an advantage.
- Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
