Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Credit – MSME Executive to evaluate and process MSME loan proposals. The candidate will be responsible for credit appraisal, risk assessment, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies to maintain a healthy MSME loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate MSME loan applications including Working Capital, Term Loans, LAP, and other business loans.
- Conduct detailed credit appraisal and risk assessment.
- Analyze financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), GST returns, ITR, and bank statements.
- Perform ratio analysis, CMA data analysis, and cash flow assessment.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure proper documentation as per company policy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in any.




- 1–2 years of experience in MSME credit appraisal (Bank/NBFC preferred).
- Strong understanding of MSME financials and credit risk assessment.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
- Valuable understanding of balance sheet and cash flow assessment
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in NBFC/Bank MSME credit
- Familiarity with credit rating tools and bureau analysis
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
