About the Role Sameera Groups is looking for an experienced and agile Senior Legal Manager to lead and manage legal activities related to real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in title due diligence, legal documentation, approvals, and property-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct title verification and legal scrutiny of property documents. Perform due diligence for land acquisitions and real estate projects. Draft, review, and vet legal documents related to real estate, including Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Power of Attorney (PoA), Lease Agreements, and other property-related documents. Handle APF (Approved Project Finance) follow-ups and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.



Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, registration procedures, and statutory regulations. Coordinate with internal departments, external advocates, government authorities, and registration offices. Support management with legal advice and documentation throughout project execution. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage.

6–12 years of mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry. Strong knowledge of legal opinion, title verification, legal scrutiny, and property due diligence. Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing real estate legal documents. Experience in handling APF approvals and follow-ups with banks. Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments. Language: Tamil, Kannada, English.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
