Digital Marketing Manager

Company: Ruparel Realty - Live Iconic
Location: Matunga Road, Mumbai
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Budget - 50,000 to 60,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns focused on acquiring high-intent, qualified leads while achieving target CPL and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to improve conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate lead quality, optimize campaign strategies, and improve lead-to-conversion rates.
- Manage HubSpot CRM for lead assignment, tracking, reporting, and sales funnel management.




- Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify funnel drop-offs and recommend optimization strategies.
- Plan and manage monthly advertising budgets while ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Develop SEO strategies, including keyword research, off-page SEO, backlink building, and competitor analysis to improve organic visibility.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and management teams to ensure successful campaign execution and business alignment.
