We are seeking a agile, target-oriented Textile Showroom Manager to run our retail floor operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between corporate goals and frontline sales teams, managing everything from inventory replenishment and visual merchandising to customer relations and staff training. You will be responsible for driving retail profitability while upholding our brand's reputation for premium quality fabrics and customer care. - Set, monitor, and achieve daily, monthly, and annual store sales targets.
- Analyze daily transaction metrics and sales records to identify fast-moving textile lines.
- Incentivize floor staff to actively promote high-margin fabrics, wedding collections, or seasonal garments.
- Implement promotional campaigns and store-level marketing strategies to drive foot traffic. [1, 2, 3]

Inventory & Stock Management

- Manage stock levels, monitor fabric consumption trends, and handle stock replenishment cycles.
- Coordinate directly with textile suppliers, mills, and purchasing teams for new arrivals.
- Perform routine stock audits and quality checks on incoming fabrics to minimize shrinkage or damage.
- Supervise the proper storage, classification,



and organization of diverse materials (e.g., silk, cotton, synthetic blends). [1, 2, 3]

Team Leadership & Floor Operations

- Recruit, schedule, and supervise sales associates, drapers, cashiers, and floor staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions on fabric properties, apparel care, styling trends, and upselling techniques.
- Evaluate individual staff performance, maintain workplace discipline, and build a cooperative team environment.
- Enforce store opening and closing procedures, cash handling protocols, and point-of-sale (POS) billing audits. [1, 2, 3]

Customer Experience & Visual Merchandising

- Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and complex order issues professionally.
- Conceptualize and maintain attractive window displays, mannequins, and fabric counter layouts.
