1. Create a warm and engaging learning environment that promotes the overall

development of students.

2. Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes a balance of structured

activities, free play, and rest time.

3. Provide individualized attention and support to each child, addressing their

unique needs and abilities.

4. Collaborate with parents to ensure effective communication and partnership in

supporting the child's development.

5. Monitor and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records

and providing feedback to parents as required.

6. Create a secure and inclusive environment, promoting positive behavior and

conflict resolution skills among children.

7. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and organize

events, field trips, and special programs.
