Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years’ experience to support consulting and transformation projects. The role involves working on both Indian and international client engagements under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

· Business Analysis & Requirements

· Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement

· Business Process Mapping & Operating Model Design

· Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and workflows

· Document end-to-end customer / patient journey

· Develop SOPs and operating procedures

· Support role clarity and accountability models

· Operational Assessment & Gap Analysis

· Solution & Roadmap Development

· Technology & System Support

· Implementation & Adoption Support

· Reporting & Documentation

· Market & Product Support

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

· Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Operations

· Robust experience in workshop facilitation





· Proven ability in business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE

· Experience in requirements documentation and reporting

· Good written and spoken English

· Ability to work independently with guidance

Desirable

· Experience in international or cross-border projects

· Knowledge of BPMN or process modelling tool

· Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation

· Experience in healthcare, SME, or public sector environments

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, Management, or related field

· Relevant certifications – Advantage

Work Expectation

· Partial overlap with Australian and international business hour

· Regular participation in client workshops and reviews

· Strong accountability for deliverable

· Willingness to adapt to project requirements

Employment: Type: Full-Time / Contract

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
