- Experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hotel Operations is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising hotel operations during assigned shifts, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent guest service and prompt resolution of guest complaints.
- Supervise Front Office and coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests when required.
- Maintain operational efficiency and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Address emergencies and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety,



and service quality standards are maintained throughout the property.
- Assist management in achieving guest satisfaction and operational goals.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant hospitality experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry.
- Candidates willing to relocate or work in South Goa.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
