We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented Senior Duty Manager who can uphold the highest operational standards while leading the team to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Role Overview
The Senior Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of the salon during assigned shifts. This includes managing guest experience, team performance, operational efficiency, retail sales, revenue achievement, and maintaining the luxury standards expected from Truefitt & Hill.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hospitality or luxury retail experience who understands that every client interaction should reflect sophistication, professionalism, and personalized service.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Lead daily salon operations ensuring smooth workflow throughout business hours.
- Ensure all appointments are executed efficiently with minimal waiting time.
- Monitor service quality and ensure every guest receives a premium grooming experience.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, ambience, music, fragrance,
and overall presentation of the salon.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed without exception.
Customer Experience
- Personally welcome VIP and repeat guests.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term client relationships through personalized service.
- Monitor guest feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Drive customer retention and membership renewals.
Team Leadership
- Supervise barbers, therapists, front office executives, and housekeeping staff.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and manage shift schedules.
- Conduct daily team briefings before opening.
- Coach employees on grooming standards, communication, and luxury service etiquette.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and productivity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Drive retail product sales through effective recommendation and upselling.
- Increase average bill value through premium service upgrades.
- Promote memberships, grooming packages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyse daily sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Inventory & Retail
- Monitor retail stock levels and service consumables.
- Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper merchandising of retail products.
- Minimize wastage and inventory losses.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee billing accuracy and cash management.
- Verify daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Brand Standards
- Ensure every employee maintains impeccable grooming and skilled appearance.
- Uphold Truefitt & Hill service protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain consistency in customer service across every shift.
- Protect and enhance the brand image at all times.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, salon, spa, wellness, or hotel operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of POS systems and MS Office.
- Financial awareness including daily sales reporting and basic P&L; understanding.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
