About Us

Pappytech Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing 360° e-commerce company dealing in imported and domestic products across multiple categories. We operate on leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive who can independently handle accounting operations, marketplace reconciliations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting while working closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile payments received from Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.
- Handle inter-company transactions and maintain supporting records.
- Prepare data and documentation for GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly closing, year-end closing, and finalization of accounts.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and Income Tax filings.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping and financial documentation.




- Coordinate with management regarding financial reporting and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- VLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Formulas
- Data Analysis Functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in E-commerce Accounting.
- Marketplace reconciliation experience for Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
- Experience handling payment reconciliations and settlement reports.
- Exposure to finalization of accounts and audit support.
- Experience working with inventory-based businesses will be an added advantage.
