Position: E-commerce Accounts Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Process customer orders, returns, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Create support cases with marketplace portals and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain and update order databases and ensure accurate data records.
- Update and track stock returns, removals, and inventory adjustments.
- Monitor stranded inventory and take timely corrective actions.
- Maintain account health and performance metrics on Amazon and Flipkart seller portals.
- Maintain product listings, inventory, and marketplace data.




- Generate operational reports and support day-to-day e-commerce activities.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation, data entry, reconciliation, and record maintenance.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Good working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles; experience with Tally will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
