We're looking for a talented and self-sufficient Full-Stack Web Developer who can own projects end-to-end — from designing clean, responsive front-end interfaces to building robust back-end systems. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications
- Build clean and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Develop and manage back-end logic, databases, APIs, and server-side architecture
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to translate briefs into functional web experiences
- Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools as needed
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all builds
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO technical foundations
- Maintain and update existing client websites and internal projects
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Front-End Requirements

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with a up-to-date JS framework — React.js preferred (Vue.js or Angular acceptable)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and translating designs from Figma or Adobe XD into code




- Hands-on experience with the Wix platform — including building and managing websites using Wix Editor and Wix Studio, customizing layouts, setting up Wix stores, and working with Velo by Wix for advanced functionality
- Experience working with WordPress (theme customization, Elementor, custom templates) is a plus

Back-End Requirements

- Proficiency in at least one back-end language — Node.js, PHP, or Python preferred
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Working knowledge of databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with server environments (Linux, cPanel, or cloud hosting)
- Basic understanding of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
- Exposure to version control with Git (GitHub / GitLab)

General / Soft Skills Required

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive communication skills to coordinate with the design and content team
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Basic understanding of website SEO best practices (site speed, schema, clean URL structure)
- Familiarity with cPanel, FTP, domain, and hosting management

Good to Have (Bonus Points)

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)
- Knowledge of basic DevOps — deployment, hosting, CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Firebase, Supabase, or AWS
- Understanding of email marketing integrations (Mailchimp, SMTP setup)
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing or creative agency

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
