Role Overview

We're looking for an Accounts & Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, tax filings, audit preparation, and ROC compliance for our clients, while acting as a key point of contact for client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate, timely bookkeeping for clients
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns within statutory deadlines
- Assist in audit preparation, including compiling schedules and supporting documentation
- Handle ROC filings and other MCA compliance requirements for corporate clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional communication




- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors/consultants as needed
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, GST regulations, and corporate compliance requirements

Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or compliance (firm experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books, MS Excel, GST portal, and MCA/ROC filing portals
- Solid communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
