- Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, chains, and other lifting accessories before use.
- Select appropriate lifting equipment based on load weight and configuration.
- Attach and secure loads for lifting operations.
- Guide crane operators using standard hand signals or radio communication.
- Ensure proper load balancing and safe movement of materials.
- Maintain lifting equipment records and report any defects or damages.
- Follow permit-to-work systems and site safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and free from hazards.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Requirements

- Valid Rigger certification (if required by the project/client).
- Knowledge of lifting plans, load charts, and rigging techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with crane operators and site personnel.
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,500.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
