Job Responsibilities :

- Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, banks, and project departments for smooth transactions.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
