Salary: Rs. 30,000/- for those with Bachelor’s degree
Rs. 40,000/- for those with Master’s degree
To be enhanced after a probationary period to the satisfaction of the core team of CARE-ADD. Those with master’s degrees and exceptional achievements will qualify for higher starting salary. Higher salary will be especially considered for those who are willing to formally agree to stay through project extensions as they occur. Longer term academic pursuits from within CARE-ADD would be one of the criteria that will be used to determine remuneration over time.
Language : English and Kannada (Knowledge of atleast one more Indian language is desirable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Developmental / Behavioral Screening and related Assessments.
- IEP preparation / Early intervention sessions.
- Documentation of data.
- Family Counselling.
- Co-ordinating team meetings/ case conferences.
- Structured proforma and assessments to be documented and filed.
- Additional Unit of Hope responsibilities (where permissible by Project Head): Unit of Hope team clinic for consultation and participation in training activities, including preparation of teaching/learning materials.
- Participation in Public Education and Parent Support meetings.
- Data Entry pertaining to Unit of Hope to develop morbidity-based statistics.
Eligibility Criteria:
Masters in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology .
