Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

About the Role: CADD Centre is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and improve conversions for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads).

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Write compelling ad copies and optimize landing pages for better conversions.

Monitor campaign performance and manage advertising budgets effectively.

Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve lead generation targets.





Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3+ years of experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Google Ads certifications will be an added advantage.
