About the Role

We are looking for a creative Script Writer to develop engaging, persuasive, and high-converting scripts for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience writing scripts for short-form videos, social media advertisements, product videos, and promotional campaigns.

Candidates with experience in the skincare, dermatology, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or D2C industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Write compelling scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Create scripts for reels, short videos, UGC-style content, testimonials, explainer videos, product launches, and brand campaigns.
- Develop attention-grabbing hooks, storytelling concepts, and robust call-to-actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, performance, creative, and video production teams to create engaging video content.
- Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor advertisements to produce impactful scripts.
- Adapt scripts based on campaign objectives, target audience, and platform requirements.
- Revise and optimize scripts based on creative feedback and campaign performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication,



Journalism, English, Marketing, Film, Media, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in script writing, creative writing, advertising, or digital content creation.
- Experience writing scripts for digital advertisements and social media videos is mandatory.
- Prior experience in skincare, dermatology, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Excellent command of English; Hindi script writing skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand brand voice and write persuasive, audience-focused content.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Understanding of performance marketing and direct-response advertising.
- Ability to write scripts for different video formats and platforms.
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, and video production teams.

Compensation

CTC: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
