Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced P-Way Supervisor to supervise and execute Permanent Way (Railway Track) construction and maintenance activities at our railway infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution of track works in accordance with Indian Railways, RDSO, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise railway track laying, linking, alignment, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor rail, sleeper, ballast, fastening, and turnout installation works.
- Ensure proper track geometry, gauge, cross levels, alignment, and ballast profiling.
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and approved drawings.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement books (MB), and inspection checklists.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, PPE usage, and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with Civil, OHE, Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T;),



and other project teams.
- Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements for uninterrupted site execution.
- Report site progress, technical issues, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the construction site.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Certification or training in Railway Track (P-Way) is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Railway Track (P-Way) construction or maintenance.
- Experience in Railway, Metro, DFCCIL, RVNL, IRCON, RITES, or other railway infrastructure projects is preferred. Typical qualifications for similar roles include a Civil Engineering diploma/degree with relevant P-Way project experience.
