Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
- Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness across the plant and office premises.
- Manage security staff, pantry, office boys, and other support staff.
- Oversee facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, and civil work.
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers for maintenance and facility services.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance spares, consumables, and housekeeping materials.
- Ensure statutory, safety, fire, and EHS compliance.
- Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and administrative documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
