We are looking for an Aruba ClearPass L1 Support Engineer to provide Level 1 operational support for Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control (NAC) environments. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Aruba ClearPass, enterprise networking, authentication technologies, and incident management. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating issues while ensuring high availability of network authentication services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Aruba ClearPass services and ensure uninterrupted authentication services.
- Handle L1 incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Aruba ClearPass.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for authentication failures and connectivity issues.
- Monitor RADIUS, TACACS+, and 802.1X authentication logs.
- Create,
modify, and disable user accounts as per approved requests.
- Support Active Directory (AD/LDAP) integration-related issues.
- Assist in onboarding endpoints and troubleshooting guest access issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with detailed troubleshooting information.
- Maintain incident records, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
- Participate in shift-based operations and ensure SLA compliance.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
