Are you an experienced Industrial Engineer passionate about optimizing production processes, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement ?

Your Mission:
As an Industrial Engineering Supervisor, you will lead and develop the Industrial Engineering team while ensuring efficient production processes, successful implementation of engineering changes, and continuous operational improvements. You'll play a key role in enhancing productivity, ergonomics, quality,



and cost efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the Industrial Engineering team
Drive process optimization, line balancing, capacity studies, and workflow improvements
Coordinate technical changes with cross-functional departments
Ensure production readiness by providing the required tools, equipment, and documentation on time
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve departmental objectives
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, ergonomics, and waste reduction
Analyze production issues and customer complaints to identify sustainable solutions
Promote a safe and ergonomic work environment in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and other support functions to ensure operational excellence

Your Profile:
Master's Degree or Equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience in the automotive industry
Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
Good command of English
Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
