- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell printing inks and related products to customers in the printing and packaging industry.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with printers, converters, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with technical and customer service teams to ensure timely support and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales experience in printing inks, specialty chemicals, packaging, printing, or related industries.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered for junior roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of offset & screen printing inks.
- Existing network within the printing and packaging industry.
