About Us

B R Bang Private Limited is a growing FMCG company specializing in rock salt, mineral salt, specialty salts, and other consumer products. We are looking for a dedicated Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, labels, cartons, pouches, jars, bottles, and other production supplies.
- Source and develop reliable vendors across India.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and follow up for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and accounts teams to meet procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and procurement reports.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and GST documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in Commerce,



Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of GST documentation, purchase processes, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Tally, ERP, or Zoho Inventory is an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in procuring food ingredients, salt, packaging materials, labels, cartons, pouches, jars, or bottles.

- Candidates based in Indore or willing to relocate will be preferred.
