The company’s vision is to ‘Empower the Green Economy, through a reliable, end-to-end supply chain for Biomass, Biofuels and other Bio-Products’. BiofuelCircle is enabling a circular economy for Agri-waste, generating rural empowerment & reducing carbon footprint with vision of a Sustainable economic growth for all.

Role & Responsibility

As the company plans to grow from a 50 people team to 500 over the next 3-5 years, role of Human Resources function will be crucial. This role will handle a mix of activities, including Recruitment and HR Management.

Key Tasks:

- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and address employee grievances.

- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of the company’s performance management system.

- Learning & Development:



Coordinate training programs for skill development.

- HR Operations: Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated in compliance with company policies.

- Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant labour laws and HR regulations.

- Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in employee engagement programs.

- HR Projects: Support HR initiatives such as OKRs and other strategic HR projects.

- Should be able to speak & understand Telugu language.
