About the Role

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Odoo Accounting Specialist with strong expertise in accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Odoo Accounting Module and a deep understanding of accounting processes, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations using the Odoo Accounting module.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Process customer invoices, vendor bills, credit/debit notes, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, and MIS Reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and inventory-related accounting.
- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Configure and support accounting workflows within Odoo ERP.
- Work closely with functional consultants and technical teams during ERP implementation and support projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
- 2–5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting ERP.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with Zoho Books, SAP Business One (SAP B1), Tally Prime, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or other ERP Accounting Systems will be an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reports, formulas).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Odoo Accounting implementation or migration experience.
- Experience in ERP customization, testing, or user training.
- Exposure to multi-company accounting and multi-currency transactions.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
