This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive at M/S SS Agencies in Jammu. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and executing rate contracts for healthcare products. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing tender documents, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and the government department, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience in managing and executing e-bid procurements
- Proficient in market research and tender document preparation
- Strong email drafting and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Accessed and analyzed data on the GST portal and e-Way Bill portal, reviewing returns, reconciling invoices, and generating e-Way Bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyzed financial accounts and transactions with hands-on experience in BUSY accounting software, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance with financial procedures.




- Coordinated end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics planning, and vendor communication to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (such as word), with the ability to efficiently manage data, create reports, and support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Pharmacy or any other
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
