Position Summary Niyatee Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising, donor engagement, CSR partnerships, and resource mobilization initiatives. The Fundraising Manager will play a critical role in securing financial support, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the sustainability of the Foundation's programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, CSR organizations, foundations, and funding agencies.
- Research and identify grant opportunities, CSR partnerships, institutional funding sources, and government schemes.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, concept notes, donor presentations, funding applications, and partnership documents.
- Lead fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, awareness drives, and special events.
- Develop and execute digital fundraising initiatives through social media, crowdfunding platforms, and online campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, philanthropists, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with program teams to develop project proposals and funding requirements.
- Monitor donor commitments and ensure timely submission of reports, utilization certificates, and impact assessments.
- Maintain donor databases, fundraising records, and partnership documentation.
- Represent Niyatee Foundation at networking events, conferences, CSR forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop long-term donor retention and stewardship strategies.
- Monitor fundraising performance, revenue generation, and partnership outcomes.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, fundraising dashboards, and management reports.




- Support senior management in developing organizational sustainability and growth strategies.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline.

- Minimum 3�5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, partnership management, or resource mobilization.

- Experience working with NGOs, CSR projects, development organizations, foundations, or social enterprises will be preferred.

- Proven experience in proposal writing, grant management, and donor engagement.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Odia and Hindi will be an added advantage.
