Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Nashik
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC / Diploma
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM/Excel.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an added advantage.
