We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor with 4+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or parent relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, admission enquiries, and scheduled school visits professionally.
- Provide detailed information about the school curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, and overall learning environment.
- Build strong relationships and a positive emotional connect with prospective parents and students.
- Address parent queries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively and professionally.
- Drive enquiry-to-admission conversions and achieve admission targets.
- Coordinate and support admission activities during peak admission season, school events, open houses, and special drives.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data.

- Strong counselling, relationship-building, and conversion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple parent interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and coordination abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in admissions counselling, school admissions, or customer relationship roles.
- Experience in the education sector/schools will be preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
