We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team at Gavins. In this role, you will be responsible for altering, repairing, and customizing garments to ensure a perfect fit for our clients. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a deep understanding of fabrics and garment construction, and excellent customer service skills. Whether it's a simple hem or a complex bridal alteration, you take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Fit garments on customers to determine required alterations using pins and measuring tape.
- Perform high-quality alterations, including hemming, letting out/taking in seams, shortening sleeves, and resizing garments.
- Repair torn textile items, replace broken zippers, buttons, and hooks.
- Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines, sergers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work with a variety of fabrics, including denim, leather, silk, wool, and delicate bridal wear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating timelines and managing expectations.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
