Sales Staff Responsibilities – Turf (Artificial Grass) & Flooring Solutions

1. Customer Interaction & Sales

- Attend walk-in and online customers (homeowners, builders, landscapers, schools)
- Understand requirements (area size, purpose, budget, indoor/outdoor use)
- Recommend suitable turf types (landscape grass, sports turf, balcony turf, etc.)
- Explain product benefits like durability, drainage, UV resistance

2. Product Knowledge

- Maintain detailed knowledge of artificial turf products:
- Pile height, density, backing material
- Usage (garden, terrace, sports field, playground)
- Explain differences between natural grass vs artificial turf
- Stay updated on recent turf designs and technologies

3. Site Visit & Measurement

- Visit customer sites to inspect area (soil, concrete, terrace, etc.)
- Take accurate measurements
- Suggest installation methods (glue, nails, base preparation)

4. Quotation & Closing Sales

- Prepare cost estimates based on area and product type
- Include installation charges and accessories
- Negotiate pricing and close deals

5. Client Relationship Management

- Build relationships with:
- Builders & contractors
- Landscape designers
- Schools & sports facility managers




- Follow up on leads and inquiries

6. Coordination with Installation Team

- Schedule installation work
- Coordinate with technicians for site readiness
- Ensure proper turf laying and finishing

7. Sales Targets & Reporting

- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Track leads and conversions
- Maintain sales reports and CRM data

8. Lead Generation & Marketing

- Visit construction sites, villas, and commercial projects
- Generate new leads through networking
- Promote products via WhatsApp, social media, and referrals

9. After-Sales Service

- Handle customer complaints (peeling, drainage issues, etc.)
- Ensure customer satisfaction after installation
- Build repeat business and referrals

10. Inventory & Order Management

- Check stock availability of turf rolls and accessories
- Coordinate delivery logistics
- Ensure timely order fulfillment
