Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Tele caller Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them towards the most suitable courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students from provided leads.
- Explain our courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and understand their learning requirements.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively communicating course benefits.
- Follow up regularly with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations team for student onboarding.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.




- Handle basic queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English is an advantage).
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong follow-up skills.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in Tele calling, Education Counselling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
