Job Description

- Install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls in customer environments.

- Deploy, configure, and maintain:
- FortiAnalyzer

- FortiManager

- Fortinet SD-WAN





- Fortinet Switches

- Perform implementation, migration, upgrades, health checks, and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.

- Provide onsite/ remote installation, configuration, and technical support to customers across Pune.

- Diagnose and resolve network security incidents while ensuring minimal service disruption.

- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.

- Document implementation activities, configurations, and support cases.

- Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEM support for complex issues.

- Stay updated with the latest Fortinet technologies, security trends, and best practices.

Requirements

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Hands-on experience with Check Point or Palo Alto Networks security solutions.

- Relevant certifications such as NSE/FCP, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations as required.
