Job Description:

We are hiring a Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials as per customer requirements. The role includes preparing dispatch documents, coordinating with transporters, maintaining dispatch records, monitoring inventory movement, and coordinating with the Production, Stores, and Logistics departments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate packing and loading, minimizing dispatch delays, maintaining proper documentation,



and following company procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare dispatch documents.
✅ Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials
✅ Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and shipment tracking reports
✅ Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations
✅ Ensure accurate packing, loading, and documentation before dispatch
✅ Monitor pending dispatches and resolve delivery-related issues promptly

Requirements:

- 1 Year Experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good observation skills
- Diploma / Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
