Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Planning Executive with a background in Telecommunications and Electronics manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, SAP production entry, inventory coordination, and manufacturing operations. Experience in handling telecom/electronic products and working in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per customer requirements and sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, QC, and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
- Perform production planning and production entry in SAP.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Maintain BOM, production records, and inventory tracking in SAP.
- Ensure raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase department for shortages.
- Follow up on pending production orders and update management regularly.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower planning,



and production efficiency.
- Generate production MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate urgent and priority production requirements.
- Ensure proper production workflow and adherence to company processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP production entry and production planning.
- Experience in Telecom and Electronics manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of inventory management and material planning.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple production schedules and deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in telecom manufacturing industry preferred.

- Experience in handling telecom/electronic products manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and manage production activities efficiently.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
