We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Delivery & Governance to lead complex enterprise technology programs and act as a delivery governance anchor for key Solutionara clients.

This role is positioned as a senior PM with extended responsibility for governance, multi-workstream delivery, portfolio visibility, and adoption of AI-driven delivery practices.

In addition to owning end-to-end delivery, you will:

- Standardize delivery practices (plans, RAID, governance cadence) across accounts
- Drive predictable execution across multiple workstreams and distributed teams
- Provide executive-ready visibility to both client leadership and Solutionara leadership
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and delivery efficiency
- Partner with the founders to evolve lightweight, scalable governance frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs across integration, cloud, data, and digital platforms
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with transparent alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies
- Define and maintain:
- Delivery roadmap
- Milestones and execution plans
- Resource allocation and tracking
- Lead cross-functional, onshore–offshore teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery

Delivery Governance & Standards

- Establish and run governance cadence across accounts:
- Weekly status reviews
- Internal governance forums and SteerCo meetings
- Quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Ensure disciplined use of:
- RAID logs
- Change control processes
- Decision tracking frameworks
- Drive consistency in delivery practices across programs

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders (Director/VP level)
- Ensure:
- Clear communication
- Expectation alignment
- Transparent and proactive reporting
- Facilitate planning and solution workshops with architects and delivery teams
- Manage escalations and negotiate scope/timeline trade-offs effectively

Financials & Commercial Management

- Own financial performance across assigned programs:
- Budget vs actuals




- Burn tracking and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Contribute to:
- SOW scoping and estimation
- Change requests and commercial discussions
- Identify delivery-led opportunities for upsell and expansion

AI-Enabled Reporting, Analytics & Automation

- Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports using structured and automated approaches
- Leverage AI/automation tools for:
- Meeting summarization and action tracking
- Drafting and standardizing status reports
- Highlighting risks, delays, and dependency conflicts
- Introduce simple AI-driven use cases such as:
- Automated weekly status generation
- Risk trend analysis across projects
- Delivery performance insights using historical data
- Continuously improve reporting speed, accuracy, and consistency through automation

Data-Driven Decision Support

- Use delivery data to:
- Identify early warning signals (schedule, cost, resource risks)
- Support leadership decision-making
- Partner with PMO/operations to:
- Build lightweight dashboards and analytics views
- Improve predictability of delivery outcomes

Team Leadership & Mentoring

- Mentor junior PMs, team leads, and coordinators on:
- Planning and execution discipline
- Governance and reporting
- Effective use of tools and AI assistants
- Contribute to building the “Solutionara way” of delivery
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and calm escalation handling

Required Qualifications

- 10 – 15 years of experience in IT/digital project and program management, including leading end-to-end enterprise technology projects.
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong experience working with global clients (U.S. or Europe preferred)

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Project/program planning and execution
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Stakeholder and client management
- Financial and commercial awareness (budgets, SOWs, change requests)
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday.com/Asana/MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).​
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex topics for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience contributing to PMO or cross-portfolio governance initiatives

· Exposure to AI/automation tools for:

- Reporting
- Analytics
- Workflow optimization

· Experience in startup or high-growth consulting environments

· Exposure to enterprise programs involving integration, cloud, or data platforms

Role Positioning at Solutionara

This role bridges project execution, governance, and emerging AI-enabled delivery practices.

You will not only manage delivery but also help evolve Solutionara’s delivery model into a more intelligent, data-driven, and scalable system, enabling consistent outcomes across growing client engagements.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
