We're Hiring – Tellecaller (Recently Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage and follow up on leads.
- Maintain and update the customer database/CRM.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain service records.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Location: Goa
