We are looking for a store manager to join our team at MacV. The ideal candidate should excel at engaging customers, nurturing leads, and maximizing sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a kiosk-format retail store. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers a Gross Salary of ₹20 000- ₹25,000 with additional incentives up to 10,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
2- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
3- Engage with walk-in customers and convert them into buyers
4- Upsell and cross-sell to increase UPT and ATV
5- Support store operations including billing and stock replenishment
