Responsibilities:

A min. of 2-3 years of exp. Should produce rendering images & walkthroughs. Must be proficient in Autocad, 3Ds Max, Corona,V-Ray, Illustrator, Photoshop, Revit( mandatory) & Sketchup.

- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Interpret and translate customer requirements into plans
- Set costs and project fees as per the budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Developing 3d mock-up of the required project
- Produce “rendering/images/walkthroughs”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, architects, and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices

Requirements:

- Should have a grip on cost Estimation & Execution
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and recent constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar
- Required 2 years of experience
- Preferably from Thrissur
