Hiring: Restaurant Captain Company: The Urban Village Location: Kohand, Panipat, Haryana Job Summary: The Urban Village is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff. - Ensure smooth and efficient service during dining hours. - Greet and assist guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. - Train, guide, and motivate service staff. - Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation. - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.



- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements. - Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards. Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. - Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and flexible shifts. - Hotel Management qualification preferred.
