We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive- Trivandrum to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day billing processes. Candidates with prior experience in the medical distribution industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and process invoices accurately using billing software.
- Handle billing operations through Marg ERP.
- Maintain and update billing records, invoices, and customer accounts.
- Verify order details, pricing, and product information before billing.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree / Diploma.




- Proficiency in computer operations and basic office software.
- Working knowledge of Marg ERP is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a medical distribution or pharmaceutical company will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory and billing processes in the healthcare sector.
