Job Title : Investment Product & Service Analyst

Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for investment products and advisory platforms.

- Support implementation and enhancement of investment solutions across multiple asset classes.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and platform enhancements.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.

- Define and prioritize product backlogs and support Agile/Scrum delivery.

- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful releases.

- Support investment product onboarding, order management, trade lifecycle, and portfolio management processes.

- Ensure compliance by implementing suitability checks, risk profiling, and regulatory controls.

- Conduct process analysis, workflow documentation, and gap assessments to improve operational efficiency.





- Manage stakeholder communication and support successful delivery of investment platform initiatives.

Requisites
- Bachelor//'s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Investment Platform Analyst.

- Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Capital Markets, and Investment Products.

- Experience with order management, trade lifecycle, portfolio management, and investment platforms.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and user story creation.

- Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

- Knowledge of compliance, suitability frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with Avaloq or similar core banking/investment platforms is preferred.

- Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
