Job Title: Accounts & Export Documentation Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–6 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts & Export Documentation Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and export documentation for our home textile export business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain day-to-day accounting of customers, suppliers, and general ledger.

* Record accounting transactions in Tally accurately and on time.

* Generate sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.

* Prepare monthly MIS reports, including receivables, payables, sales, and profitability.

* Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.

* Handle export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, and other export-related documents.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, banks, and internal teams for export shipments.

* Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts,



and vendor accounts.

* Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

* Support statutory auditors and management with required reports.

Required Skills:

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.

* 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing company.

* Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and export documentation.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic MIS).

* Positive communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry:

Home Textiles, Garments, Export House, Manufacturing, or Trading.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
