Operation Blessing (OB) India is seeking an experienced Tech Support Engineer with 1-2 years of IT experience with the following skills and knowledge:
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Resolve technical requests and problems to maintain productivity
- Provide support to users by determining appropriate hardware and software needs
- Install software and necessary applications for workflow
- Train users on current software
- Help design and implement networks
- Perform hardware, software and network performance tuning, updates and backups
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and basic knowledge of Cloud based applications essential
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python etc will be an added advantage
