Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

- 12th Pass or Any Degree

- Experience in construction/site supervision is an advantage

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress





- Handle and coordinate site labor/workforce

- Maintain site records and documentation

- Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and safety standards

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

- Prepare and submit daily site reports

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Knowledge of site documentation and reporting

- Ability to manage labor and site operations efficiently

- Hindi speaking preferred

- Basic knowledge of civil construction activities
