Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Online Phonics & English Teacher to conduct fun, activity-based sessions for young learners. The teacher should be confident, fluent in English, and comfortable using online teaching tools like Zoom and Google Slides.
Responsibilities:
Conduct live interactive classes for children aged 4–10 years.
Teach phonics sounds, blending, reading, and basic grammar concepts.
Use creative methods, visuals, and stories to make classes engaging
Attend brief teacher-training sessions (provided by us).
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience teaching children (online or offline preferred).
Familiarity with phonics (Jolly Phonics experience is a plus).
A quiet workspace, laptop/desktop with a solid internet connection.
Friendly, patient, and energetic personality.
Work Details:
Work Type: Part-time (Online).
Location: Work from home.
Batch Size: 3–5 kids per class.
Class Duration: 1 hour.
Schedule: Flexible, based on batch timings.
Pay: ₹250–₹300 per hour (based on experience)
